Another week in the studio

Another project that I have been working on is a logo and banners for a clients' website. The product is a time tracker for race tracks, mostly Pinewood Derby cars. I thought I would share the progress so far.

On a different note, next week will be my hubby and my 2 year anniversary so we are getting out of town starting at the crack of dawn. Camping again! But this time it will be up in the mountains. I am excited to enjoy the outdoors and get out of the city. Til next week, everyone have a great weekend.

As you may have remembered that I designed these bookmarks a little while ago. I had them printed and I added the eyelets and ribbon accessories. They will be accessible through my etsy store.

It will also be my Mom's 60th birthday in about a week so I wanted to make her something special. This is a new birthday card design. I can replace any colors and the text to customize to your desire. I just hope she doesn't look at this post before her birthday :-)

Postcards are here!

A couple of weeks ago I posted the postcard I was creating for my Aunt for my Grandpa's 90th birthday and the printed cards are here! I received them in the mail a couple of days ago and am really happy with them. I rounded the corners with a cutter to help create the playing card effect a little more. We showed them to him yesterday and he enjoyed them.

New Project

It's been a little while since my last post, but I have been a little busy. I am excited to show you the newest project that I am working on. It's been a lot of fun creating this announcement. It will be my grandpa's 90th birthday this year and my Aunt has decided to throw a birthday party for him. If you know anything about my family it is that we love to play card games, especially my grandpa...please enjoy and I would love to hear your comments.

Married 1 year

I can't believe it has been a little over a year since I tied the knot. All of the planning and life rearranging that went on around that time kind of pushed my design time out the window. Don't get me wrong, I am very happy with my husband and couldn't have asked for a better ceremony, but being a perfectionist the planning was a bit overwhelming. My favorite part of planning though was designing our own save the date announcements and wedding programs. I had a lot of fun being able to have it look and feel the way that I wanted it to.
